The little black dress is one of the most classic, and overlooked, wardrobe essentials!  With so many different silhouettes, lengths, and styles, it's no wonder that almost every woman has at least one LBD hanging in her closet.  However, if you're one of the many women who hasn't invested in your first little black dress for fear it's not worth the investment, won't flatter your form, or simply doesn't match your wardrobe aesthetic - fear not!  Carolina Alvo is launching a line of work-to-weekend wardrobe essentials, and our Little Black Dress is the shining star of our collection! We'll show you how our flattering fit and flare dress can accommodate whatever wardrobe, occasion, color scheme, or statement accessory you wear!

Our first ensemble highlights the professional appeal of little black dress.  For this look, we wanted to remind you that even though you're in the office all day, it doesn't mean you have to wear bleak colors or boring silhouettes!  We paired our LBD with our white Avani blazer for a polished, professional feel, and livened the look with a colorful Kate Spade statement necklace, and coordinating Jimmy Choo pumps.

We created the second, more casual look, with a vintage-inspired wardrobe in mind.  By layering a cropped denim vest over the dress,  the silhouette of the outfit changes alltogether and the scalloped flats and horn rimmed sunglasses suggest a chic, retro feel!

This outfit is for those of you who can't resist the dancefloor every chance you get!  Our little black dress accommodates the bold business woman, the creative quirkster, and even the pretty partier in all of us!  The neckline is perfect for this gold geometric necklace and with chunky black wedges and lavish green polish, you'll feel nothing short of showstopping in our little black dress.
