Panelist Bios:
Jaime Petkanics is the Founder of The Prepary, an online resource and consulting service that helps people navigate their job searches and careers. Prior to starting The Prepary, Jaime was a Recruiter and Talent Manager for 7 years at top companies including JPMorgan and Tory Burch.
From sitting on the other side of the table, Jaime learned first hand what separated the good candidates from great ones and is passionate about sharing that knowledge with others. Through her consulting services, she has helped over 100 clients reach their job search goals.
Jaime's advice has been featured in Fast Company, Business Insider, Huffington Post, and The Muse and was recently named by Forbes as one of the top 100 websites for your career. Jaime is also a professor at LIM College where she teaches two Career Development courses.

Chantal "Taly" Russell is the CEO and founder of SilverChair Partners. Prior to founding “SCP” in January of 2013, Taly honed her craft from 2003-2012 at a renowned global Executive Search firm in which Taly specialized in recruiting the highest caliber support for CEO's, Partners and C-Suite power players in New York City. Taly is an industry expert and has personally placed over 750 Executive Administrative and Human Resources professionals successfully over the years. Prior to joining the most senior echelons of Executive Search in 2003, Taly was a Casting Director in both New York and Los Angeles. Amanda Wowk has been working in Human Resources since joining Franklin Templeton Investments’ talent acquisition division in 2007. Now a Senior HR Recruiter, Amanda’s combining her 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience with her passion for writing. She founded Amanda Wowk Creative (AWC) to offer career and creative writing services to individuals and businesses. AWC services include writing and editing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, college admission essays, and partnering with businesses for editorial, digital branding, and corporate storytelling projects. Amanda has partnered with emerging and established businesses in women’s lifestyle, digital art/photography, and luxury spirits industries.
Amanda is passionate about helping individual and corporate clients tell their story through formal and creative writing. Amanda McNaught has over 15 years of financial services experience working for multinational banks in Operations, Compliance, Controls and managing teams located in Europe, North America, and Asia. Currently a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, project managing Global Regulatory and Controls programs, Amanda previously led global tactical and North America strategic corporate actions related projects at Morgan Stanley in New York. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she was recruited to Deutsche bank to lead an international stock loan operations team after completing the graduate training rotation program at UBS in London.
Amanda is passionate about young women finding careers they love and is a committed mentor for facilitating success in corporate culture. She is a bSmart Guide Community Leader and Board Member since 2014.
