Are mindfulness practices and conscious eating part of your New Year’s resolutions? bSmart wants to help you unlock your inner guidance and direct you to your life’s purpose in 2017! Join us for a morning of complimentary yoga with certified yoga instructor Rosa Wilson, followed by a nutrition-fueled luncheon and conversation led by wellness coach Alison Delaney. Embrace consciousness in your daily decision making as you join the communities of bSmart and Lululemon at 10:00 AM on Sunday, January 29th at WeWork Midtown East located at 57th Street and Lexington Avenue.

After the yoga class, guests are invited to participate in ‘Mimosas on the Mat’, followed by a luncheon and wellness discussion. Lunch orders will be placed at the event.

Rosa first discovered yoga in 2004 through an employer that offered yoga classes to all employees, and immediately enjoyed the new challenges it presented and the way she felt every time she was on her mat. Her teacher, Pam Reece, changed her life and opened her eyes to a new world. As her practice deepened, Rosa began to notice that she was stronger, lighter and kinder in her everyday life. Yoga makes Rosa happy, mindful and present and has transformed her life in many ways.

Rosa completed her 200 hour RYT training with Exhale in April 2014.
