Today’s “Woman Who Inspires Us” is Tina Fey.
A total badass, hilarious woman, empowered mother, and pop culture powerhouse, Tina Fey is an actress, television writer, producer, comedienne, author, and badass role model (that’s a lot of roles and titles, and we expected nothing else from this busy lady). Tina encourages women to go big, and grow along the way.

Tina’s list of accomplishments is very long. Besides her work on Saturday Night Live, Tina is best known for her tv series 30 Rock, her memoir Bossypants, her other work in tv and film. Her friendship with work wife Amy Poehler has a special place in our hearts, and their cooperation on the movie Sisters and hosting the Golden Globes are some the most empowering, hilarious, and heartwarming things we have seen in today’s mainstream media.

Tina embodies our bSmart core values of leadership even though she hasn’t *yet* joined our community, so let’s learn from her as much as we possibly can!
